Symptoms of a Sinus Headache

At first people might confuse sinus headaches with regular headaches. They quickly realize they are wrong because none of the regular pain medications are working right. There are sinus headache symptoms you should know about.

Sinus Headache Symptoms Might Include:

- Pain around your eyes and pressure
- Pain on your cheeks
- Pain on your forehead
- Your skin might feel tender
- Tenderness of the bones
- Tender skin underneath your eyes
- Bending over causes pain
- Pain when blowing your nose

You can treat sinus headaches with acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or aspirin. The doctor might give you something specific if he feels that you need it. The first thing that you should do when you are in pain is to not ignore the signs. Once you ignore them you will be delaying your healing process. Act right away and not several hours later. It’s always good to have sinus medications at your house if you have headaches a lot.
