Common Side Effects With Allergy Medications

All allergy medications come with side effects. There isn't one of them out there that doesn't have it. When you are taking allergy medications it's important that you pay attention to your body. You are the only one that knows when something is wrong and listed below are some of the most common side effects that happen with allergy medications that you might not know about.

Common Allergy Side Effects:

- Drowsiness is one that a lot of people experience when taking allergy medications.
- Dry mouth
- People could experience blurred vision
- Constipation
- Problems with urination

It does not matter what kind of allergy medication you are taking the one thing that you should always do is drink plenty of water. When you start having a dry mouth or constipation problems it could lead into some other serious health issues, such as dehydration. When on medications you should drink around 6 to 8 oz of water everyday unless if your doctor says otherwise.

Taking allergy medications can be really helpful and most of the time will cure them. Sometimes it takes a few weeks before it really starts working. Never stop taking a dose of medication during the middle of the cycle unless if you are having these kinds of reactions and your doctor has approved it.
