What are the causes of Sinus Headaches?

Having a sinus headache can be very painful and you should do everything you can to try and not get one. There are things that might trigger sinus headaches. Remember that everyone is different so just because others headaches might be triggered by something doesn't mean that your will.

Possible Triggers With Sinus Headaches:

- Sinus congestion
- Sinus inflammation
- Respiratory infection

What you can do to help reduce your pain:

- Always carry a saline nasal spray with you
- Use a humidifier
- Inhale steam while taking a shower or by washcloth 2-4 times daily
- Treat it right when it starts happening
- Try stretches

When you are moving or traveling often it's always good to have a sinus kit in the car. If you don't know about the area you'll be going to try and talk with people around and see if they know what plants are in the area and how the air quality is.
