Does Indoor Air Quality Help Allergies?

Having poor air quality can be harmful to your health. You can become exposed to certain things that can create headaches, sore throats, dizziness, runny nose and fatigue. This can go on for months if you don't have good air. There are ways to help the air quality so you don't suffer with allergies.

Things You Should Consider Getting To Help With The Air Quality:

- Exhaust Fans are great for helping the moisture in the air. You can get quiet exhaust fans that don't make a lot of noise. They also have bathroom exhaust fans that will help with reducing pollutants.

- Humidity levels should be under 50 percent

- use humidifiers daily and clean them

- clean and dry carpets and materials

- clean and dust the house daily

- check the floor drain and disinfect it as needed

Talk with your doctor about other ways that you can help to improve the air quality in your home. The most important thing to remember is to clean it everyday. Be careful of what cleaning products you use if you're sensitive to smell. There are a lot of good cleaning products out there that are organic or don't have any smells with them. If you are pregnant talk with your doctor before doing anything and make sure that it's ok and won't harm the baby any.
